Subject: immigrant application

i have a friend and her wife that are here in canada with a visitors visa. they also have an immigrant application that will be processed by the year 2009 because they filed/submitted it last 2004. my question is if someone will offer her wife a job as an arranged employment, will the application be expidited by the cic/  earlier than 2009 thanks
