Subject: caregiver for a senior citizen

Hello,  I would like to know something about senior citizen's caregiver's salary. If a senior citizen needs a caregiver who supposed to pay her salary, goverment or the senior citizen.

Now he residing in Dhaka (BANGLADESH) can he hire a caregiver now & bring his caregiver along with him?

If he can how long will it take for the visa prossesing time?
