ketchup, i appreciate your reply on my topic and thank you very much. by the way, do you have any idea how many years will it take to process my papers??. i wanted to go back to states and work. i've been in vancouver bc for a year now. and according to immigration staff, i cannot leave the country or else their going to stop processing my papers. canadian immigration is driving me nuts, no job and no gigs. thanks again ketchup...regards..

Hey Roy Roca,
Sorry but you're going to have to provide a bit more information. Is it your employer who is sponsering you who is threatening to withdraw their sponsership if you leave? The canadian government shouldn't care if you leave the country as most people go through the process of applying for residency while outside of canada. Which program are you applying through?
