Subject: Brazilian Girlfriend
I too have a Brazillian girlfriend but our situation is a little more complicated, she has already been here for 1 1/2 years and her visa runs out in Sept '10. We are also serious as others have said they are, about marriage. Is it better to be married in Canada, or Brazil? And then apply for immigration from Brazil for Permenant Residency for my girlfriend/wife?
